Subscription Policy
At PawVita, we make it easy to keep your pet’s health routine consistent with our convenient subscription service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
1. Automatic Renewal & Billing
By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree that:
- Recurring Charges: Your payment method will be automatically charged every 30 days unless you cancel, pause, or skip your subscription.
- Subscription Discount: Subscription orders include a 20% discount, which is applied at checkout and on all recurring orders.
- Pricing: You will be charged the price displayed at checkout (including your subscription discount), plus any applicable shipping fees and taxes.
- Continuous Service: Your subscription will automatically renew every billing cycle without requiring additional approval.
2. Subscription Notifications
We keep you informed about your subscription:
- You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your subscription order.
- You will also receive a reminder email 3 days before your next billing date, giving you time to make any changes.
3. Managing Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription at all times. You can:
- Cancel your subscription
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming order
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update shipping or payment details
You can manage everything through your customer account portal or by contacting us at info@getpawvita.com.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- To avoid being charged for the next order, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
- Cancelling your subscription will stop future charges but does not automatically refund orders that have already been processed.
5. Shipping & Fulfilment
- Subscription orders are processed automatically after each successful payment.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping information is accurate and up to date.
- Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Before shipment: If you are charged and wish to cancel, contact us immediately. We will do our best to stop the order, but this is not guaranteed.
- After shipment: Our standard Return & Refund Policy applies. Products may need to be returned unopened to qualify for a refund.
7. Failed Payments
If your payment method fails:
- We will automatically retry the payment.
- Your subscription order may be delayed until payment is successful.
- If payment cannot be completed, we reserve the right to pause or cancel your subscription.
8. Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to update subscription pricing, discounts, or terms at any time.
- If there are any significant changes (such as pricing adjustments), we will notify you in advance.
- Continued use of the subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Pet Health Disclaimer
Our supplements are intended to support your pet’s overall health and wellbeing. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your veterinarian before introducing new supplements into your pet’s routine.
